I don't give money
Let me be clear before you write, because it saves us both time.
I don't write cheques for ideas. I've done that — five times, roughly ₹83 lakh — and I learned what it's worth. Money is the easiest thing to give at the start and the least useful thing to receive.
What I give instead is my team, my connections, ten years of working in the Saudi market, and three months of real work. Money only goes in after we've proved the gap is real.

Finding the Market Gap
Month 1 — Is there a gap?
Does this already exist? Who's selling something close to it, what are they charging, and where are they weak? Most ideas end here, and that's a useful answer to get in four weeks instead of four years.
About one in a hundred reaches a yes. I'd rather tell you that now than pretend otherwise.
Month 2 — Can we build it?
Whether my team and I can make this properly. What it costs, where it gets manufactured, what licences it needs and how long they actually take. By the end there's a number, and it's usually bigger than expected.
Month 3 — Yes or no
If it's yes, we build it together: I take 50% and I run the company day to day. If it's no, everything we found is yours to keep. No fee either way.
