Startup investment Kerala — not just capital. I bring mentorship, systems, branding, and real market connections to turn your idea into a working business.
Startup investment Kerala by Haris Moideen — co-founder, investor, and business builder helping Kerala entrepreneurs launch and scale food, ecommerce, and product businesses.
Most investors write a cheque and disappear. I stay in the business — building systems, opening doors, and solving real problems alongside you.
I focus on founders with a genuine idea, a real market, and the commitment to build something lasting. Background doesn't matter — hunger does.
Simple. Direct. No long application process. I want to talk to real founders with real ideas.
A full partnership — not just a cheque.
I invest in sectors where I have real knowledge, real networks, and can add genuine value — not just capital.
I don't invest in ideas — I invest in the people behind them and the markets they are going after.
No. Many early-stage founders I work with are pre-registration. We can figure out the legal structure together as part of the partnership setup. What matters is the idea and your commitment.
This depends on the investment amount, the stage, and the value I bring beyond capital. I structure deals fairly — typically between 15% to 40% equity or a profit-sharing arrangement. Every deal is discussed openly.
There is no fixed minimum. Some businesses need ₹2 lakhs, others need ₹20 lakhs. The investment is matched to what the business actually needs to validate and scale — not inflated unnecessarily.
Very involved in the first 3–6 months during the build phase. After that, I transition to a strategic advisory role — regular check-ins, key decisions, and opening doors. The goal is to make the business self-sufficient.
Primarily Kerala and GCC-focused businesses. But if the idea is strong and there is a clear connection to markets where I have networks — food, ecommerce, spices — I am open to conversations from anywhere.
Simply message me on WhatsApp with a brief description of your idea, what stage you are at, and what you are looking for. No formal pitch deck needed to start the conversation.
